Privacy and Cookie Policy

The following document sets out the rules for the processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the OPC MILITARY website.

1. General Provisions

The administrator of personal data collected via the OPC MILITARY website is OPC Group Sp. z o.o. based in Poznań (ul. Włodzimierza Majakowski 316, 61-066 Poznań).

We care about protecting the privacy of our website users. Personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act.

2. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Users' personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Processing inquiries and B2B commercial cooperation – the legal basis is the necessity to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
  • Maintaining the meeting booking form in the Showroom – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in building relationships with clients and strategic partners (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  • Contact by phone or e-mail in matters related to the ballistic and protective offer - the legal basis is the Administrator's legitimate interest in conducting direct marketing (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

3. Data Storage Period

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, or until an objection to their processing is raised or consent is withdrawn, unless there are other legal grounds (e.g. the obligation to archive financial documentation for a period of 5 years).

4. Data Recipients and Transfer

Personal data may be transferred to entities providing technical and IT services to the Administrator (e.g. hosting providers). Data they are not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or made available to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. User Rights

Each user whose data is processed has the right to:

  • Access to your personal data and receiving a copy thereof.
  • Rectification (correction) of your data.
  • Deletion of data ("right to be forgotten"), unless other legal provisions prevent this.
  • Restrictions on the processing of personal data.
  • Data transfer.
  • Object to data processing (e.g. for direct marketing purposes).
  • Submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files saved on the user's end device while browsing websites.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Necessary (technical) – enabling the proper functioning of the website structure, navigation and remembering the selected language version (PL/EN).
